Right now, the idea of an 8th season sounds NUTS! With this season is going, I'm scared what they would do with another season, BUT if this season gets better, I would LOVE to see it.

I will not be surprised if it does get picked up for another season, because it is going pretty steady with the ratings despite everything. But right now for me at least it's too early to say if it's a good idea or not (We're at midseason right now, a whole another 11/12 episodes left). I don't hate this season but I don't LOVE it either! It's good, it's a little change, and if things pick up a little before the end of the season then it's good. I guess I'll just have to wait and see till like April or something =)

even when OTH is at its worst (which i think it was last season...), i still love watching it. i agree with shanice_12 that "i'm not ready to let go of OTH!"

plus they opened up so many new story lines this season, and with the introduction of all these new characters- it seems like a complete waste to try to wrap it all up this season. there is the potential for so many new and creative story lines...especially with clay, quinn, julian and alex...and while some people might not like that, i think it will take more than one season to really understand these characters and love them.
