Haruhi is a girl who's dressed as a guy. She cuts her hair because she says that having long hair is troublesome. And the fact that some kid got gum in her hair, so she ends up cutting it. But, as a girl, it's amazing how she's più popolare with girls than Tamaki lol. Her character for the host club is "normal" so she just acts as herself. If she's dressed as a girl, she's still going to act the same as when she's in the host club. After all, there's nothing wrong with being yourself. :P
