\'Outlander\': Sam Heughan really wants Tobias Menzies in a kilt

Sam Heughan might relish the idea of wearing a kilt, but the same can\'t be said for his "Outlander" costar Tobias Menzies. 

The British actor behind the characters Frank and Black Jack is what Heughan, a Scot, describes as a "the definition of a Sassenach" -- but Menzies has no plans to wear what he calls a "singularly ridiculous piece of clothing." Operation: Tobias In A Kilt, commence.

"Outlander" returns to Starz on April 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
