Private detto "I will never swim in the ocean." in The Big STANK. But in Operation: Antartica" he swam in ocean. :D Did te realize that?

There is also one other thing that I don`t understand... It`s in Madagascar 1, when Alex just realized that he was in the wild, he ran to the edge of the ocean, but gloria stoped him before touching the water.. she detto to him:
"What are te doing?! te can`t swim!"
Alex: "I take my chances of swim!"
Yet, in the Madagascar 3 trailer, we see Alex under water, head to toe! O_O

I think Private was over-emphesizing his statement of not swimming in the ocean. All penguins have to swim in the ocean sooner o later.
However, he will always be aware that animali use the ocean as the bathroom.
