Fairy dust and ever dust

Hi, so I've been wondering. Where on earth can te get fairy dust here on main-land? Can te make it yourself?
What about ever dust? Can te find that on main land? Can te make it?

There is a way to make fairy dust for certain spells, but it's not the same dust as the one that makes te fly. The type te can make for spells is made of fiore petals, water and glitter :) I'm not sure what ever dust is though.

oh I asked some time fa what everdust is and I got the response that it's also a kind of fairy dust, excspt it helps te fly when you're an adlult. do te know where I can maybe find fairy dust, if i can?
