I need help.

Hi, I don't want to be judged so i will not disclose my actual name. I can't act like an adult and I can only act like a child. I use magick (you could call me a witch), I'm a psychic medium too and I'm really good when it comes to my 'gifts'. When I was a toddler/young child my mum detto that i used to constantly sit on the stairs crying because i saw a black mass/figure type person (shadow almost) peering over me o watching me, the thing is I can remember it vividly for being only 4-6 years old. This hasn't stopped. The weird thing is that when i was young I used to get ill for no reason, the doctors would say its bizarre because its as if ive been outside a lot and got ill due to it. So because of how ill I was constantly i would get fevers normally and i would get sick because of the heat so because i was on the superiore, in alto floor nothing would happen, right? so my parents left the window open so i didnt get sick...so i had my window open (no blinds) and i used to run out screaming because I saw someone watching me. Now I've had these abilities since i was born (I got them from my mum) and my mum passed it off as a spirit following me for 'the light' so she closed the window and it stopped. Now every now and then I sensed someone watched me but brushed it off because its normal for me now, although im 15 now since that time i cant 'grow up' and now i know someone is watching me, i saw someone watching me from outside my window and i see shadows all the time following me and watching me. I dont know what it is anymore. Its been getting worse since my abilities have been getting stronger.
