Septum piercing:)

Whatever te do, DO NOT us alcohol o peroxide. Those will dry it out and cause infection. Use warm salt water. I don't think te want to dunk your nose in a cup of salt water, so te can do what I did if you'd like and take a q-tip and dip it in the warm salt water and then clean around the holes. I also used to rub it around the jewelry itself and then twist it so that the salt water would get inside as well. Hope this helps.

First off DO NOT use alcohol (ouchy plus it could make it reject)
i personally use saline solution apply with cotton swab and use soap and water 2 times a giorno for all my piercings when i first get them
