LONDON, July 14, 2013 - Hatton Garden-based jeweller and manufacturer David Marshall will open a store in London’s elegant Mayfair district later this year.
David’s new store, on 43 Davies Street, Mayfair, opposite Claridge’s hotel, will stock diamond and fine jewellery pieces from the David Marshall London brand in a retail space comprising two floors over 800 square feet.
David Marshall London is working on a collection of engagement rings to offer customers visiting the store.
The brand will stock sapphire, ruby, emerald and pearl jewellery at the store, and will do bespoke pieces for visiting clients.
The David Marshall London store opening is believed to be the first by a UK jeweller in Mayfair since Stephen Webster opened a store on Mount Street a few years ago.
David Marshall told Jewellery Outlook that he expected the store to receive footfall from international clients as well as UK customers.
“We will give our existing clients a more luxury experience,” he said in a recent interview.
