I have heard about the new Palkia and Dialga dibattito who is better, well in my opinion DIALGA. Look if both of them had 1hp left and it was there turn and the opponent had 100%hp. Dialga is better off. Sure, Palkia can use Spacial rend twice as fast as Dialga can use Roar of time but come on Dialga's body is better his power is stronger and he is better.
