(Shinji's POV)

The perfect giorno in Unova. Summer breeze, warm air, calm enviornment and Pokemon skipping through the fields. "Deerling!" A group of Deerling shout at the same time. Pathetic creatures. I sigh. Since I am new to the Unova region, people don't know me unless those idiots watch television. If others forgot that I participated in every Pokemon League created, I'm going to have to punch, punzone them. Some people are so...stupid. I sposta my hair out of the way of my face. Now that I have mentioned it, I totally need a hair cut. "Deerling?" A Deerling pops up in my face. "Gah! Get away from me!" I sposta back. "Deer?" The Deer Pokemon's ears droop. "You are kinda cute..." I say. Petting the Deerling's head, I take my black pokedex out to examine it. Deerling. The Deer Season Pokemon. The color and scent of their pelliccia changes to match the mountain grass. When they sense hostility, they hide in the grass. "Hm." I grumble. "You may be of use to me afterall." I grab a pokeball out of my dark purple jacket. "Oshawott! Standby for battle!" I call out. Spinning the ball in mid-air, it opens and my Water lontra appears. "Osha!" He crosses his flippers on his chest. "Use Water Gun!" I point at Deerling so Oshawott knows who to attack. Water forms inside of Oshawott's mouth and he lets it shoot out. The liquid hits Deerling but since Deerling is a erba Type, it's not very effective. "Deer! Deer!" Deerling starts to head towards my Oshawott. "It's using Tackle! Quick! Use Razor Shell!" I command. Oshawott takes the scalchop on it's stomach and it turns into a curved shell sword. "Osha!" Deerling is about to hit Oshawott with her hooves, but Oshawott slices Deerling and leaves her on the ground. "Deer..." "Good. Now," I take another pokeball out but it's empty. "Go Pokeball!" I toss the pokeball towards Deerling and it hits her head. Opening, the pokeball sucks Deerling inside. It shakes one...two...three times then it stops. "You were an easy one." I say to the pokeball.
