Throh, Sawk, Male Frillish, & Male Unfezant): well, i usually make a variety, i mean, i don't have a strict rule that says include males or females only, but i've always picked Nido male over Nido female:P like in my heartgold version: Typhlosion, nidoking, and Pigeot are males.
