Well Considering the fact Lizardo is a fire type,it has a disadvantage over a ground type such as Sandslash and if I do recall,ground attacks are super effective to fire types..but it's easy to say that because that's what it's like on paper or something of that nature..anything can happen in a Pokemon battle,so I think this could go either way,but on paper Sandslash has type advantage over Lizardo.
