In the episode 'sun scream' their clothes don't melt, they just can't put it on :/ The episode their clothes 'melted' as Bubbles say (She isn't what te call smart) is where their clothes actually was arroded da the acid rain ^^ Enought detto ;)
te are probably talking about the episode nano to the north. Nanos (like rain) came out of the sky and whenever a drop went on a person it starts eating their clothes. I don't really know.
