-PATIENT-
Name: Annabelle Elizabeth Blair, but nobody at the school knows her real name, not even the doctors.
Everyone here knows her as 'Mosaic'.
Age: unknown, looks to be 16-19
Gender: female
Mental illness/disease and symptoms:
schizoid personality disorder (a personality disorder characterized by a lack of interest in social relationships, a tendency towards a solitary lifestyle, secretiveness, emotional coldness, and apathy. Affected individuals may simultaneously demonstrate a rich, elaborate and exclusivelyinternal fantasy world.)
Disassociative Identity disorder (a personality disorder causing her to have duel personalities that control her behavior patterns.)
Intermittent explosive disorder (Intermittent explosive disorder involves repeated episodes of impulsive, aggressive, violent behavior or angry verbal outbursts in which you react grossly out of proportion to the situation. Road rage, domestic abuse, throwing or breaking objects, or other temper tantrums may be signs of intermittent explosive disorder.)
Visual and auditory hallucinations
Supernatural Power: advanced telekinesis
Advanced telekinesis is like normal telekinesis, but, well, advanced. This means that she doesn't have to resort to moving just physical objects surrounding her. She can also focus energy from the inside, allowing her to lift herself up, hurl herself into objects, etc. Also, if she concentrates hard enough, she can even bend light and sound waves.
Personality(optional): Annabelle is a generally quiet girl, who only speaks when spoken to. However, she has alot to say, since she is very imaginative and thoughtful. She enjoys observing the habits of the people around her, and can be seen staring quietly at others around corners. She has a way of watching, and finding out all sorts of information about you. When she's not doing this, she can often be found sitting all alone in a corner, muttering to herself, and her hallucinations whom she calls 'friendly seekers'.
Her other personality comes out when she's alone. She will become chattering and happy, babbling on and on about random topics, usually addressing the 'friendly seekers'. She will often skip around the halls unchecked, singing loudly. And at the sight of another human being, she will instantly resort to trying to torture and murder them in whatever way possible. Any subject who has been here more than a month knows to never approach her while she is in this personality.
Looks: Picture
Annabelle is fairly tall, standing at around 5' 8", and weighs around 134 lbs. She is rather scrawny due to her many refusals to eat, since she hates being in the cafeteria with everyone else. She has short, curly black hair that tumbles down just around her shoulders that she always leaves down. There are blackish colored scars running up and down her back, arms, chest, and legs, due to her breakouts of anger, and the experimenting. On her lower left arm, there is a pinkish birthmark shaped like a heart.
Why were you admitted here?: she was admitted for both murder, and torture of her own family.
Biography: Annabelle was born in Alaska, to a decent sized family of five. Her parents, Mariana and Jack, and her three older siblings, Rose, Gracia, and Markus. They owned a farm, two cats, and one dog, and lived a generally happy and carefree life. But when Annabelle came along, all that suddenly changed.
First off, Annabelle was odd from the moment she was born. Even at birth she never cried, not even once. She always just stared around with those odd eyes, One blue, and one green. Also, she hardly ever slept, which was extremely unusual. Even as a baby she often wouldn't go to sleep until 11:00 - 12:00 at night. When they finally got to bring her home she started displaying other odd tendencies. She would not eat with everyone else, she absolutely had to be alone with just she and her mother.
She started displaying anti-social habits at the age of four when she started preschool. The teacher reported that Annabelle refused to interact with any of the other children. Instead she would just sit in the corner and stare disconcertingly at everyone. Sometimes she would even follow a certain child around just to watch them. More than once a child would run up to the teacher exclaiming, "Teacher! That girl won't stop staring at me!" As time went on, Annabelle began to refrain from doing even this. She would give people terrified looks when they tried to talk to her, and would scratch at the door while begging the teacher for 'alone time'.
This got worse as she got older. She would never go outside as long as there were people around. Neighborhood children and kindly adults often tried to greet her, but all they got was terrified glances, and cold emotionless answers in return. Eventually Annabelle refrained from even interacting with her own family. She never told her parents anything, and treated her siblings like strangers. It was when she was eight that she developed intermittent explosive disorder. All that happened was a student accidentally took her pencil, but Annabelle went into a rage and attacked him. She was suspended because of the violence, and similar events started to occur not just in school, but everywhere else besides.
When she was 11 her parents got a divorce. And not too long after the divorce came financial troubles. Their once happy-go-lucky family was slowly slipping apart. And on top of this they were trying hard to medicate Annabelle, and keep her from the habits her disorder was causing. She was now starting to talk to her family about 'friends' that came into her room when she was alone to talk. She always called them the 'friendly seekers'. When she was 12, her father finally came to visit them with his new family, and it was then that the multiple personality kicked in. This led to events that the neighborhood never forgot.
After her father's family entered the house, they never came out. In fact, nobody came out. The same cars stayed in the driveway, and nobody exited that house for days. Someone swore that they heard a cry of help in the middle of the night, but that was about it. After nearly a month of this, the neighborhood finally decided to interfere. They called the police, and they broke in the house. What they found made two vomit, and, one nearly faint.
The walls were all splattered with red. The father's body was sprawled on the living room floor. All his entrails and insides has been pulled out and nailed to the walls and Windows. Nailed to the insides of the closets were the bodies of Annabelle siblings and step-siblings. Their heads has been ripped of and tapped to the ceiling, each and every one has an expression of horror on their face. Their eye balls had been gouged out and hung from the ceiling as well by string. Upon entering the attic they found the mother and step-mother tied up in ropes, and almost starved to death. And smack in the middle of the house was Annabelle, giggling and covered with blood. When the police asked her what happened she simply said, "My toys got boring, so I found some new ones."
She absolutely refused to tell the police her name and age. She ended up being coined with the name 'Mosaic', referring to her differently colored eyes. She was admitted to the facility when she turned 13, and has been there ever since.
Extra: one of Mosaic's favorite things to do is look at pictures. This can sometimes even help calm her down when she's throwing one of her murderous temper tantrums. She has a huge book in her room that's filled with pictures of animals, both real and mythical.
Mosaic's most prominent hallucination is a little girl names Millie. She apparently has long black hair that goes down to her knees, black eyes, pale skin, and a long white dress. According to Mosaic, she is the leader of the 'friendly seekers', and is Mosaic's best friend. Often whenever she hurts someone, or throws tantrum, she'll say "It was Millie's fault, Millie told me to!"
All of the 'friendly seekers' drop in from an imaginary island she calls Calalini. Apparently, Calalini is their home, and it's the world where 'she can do anything'. This is most likely the result of her schizoid disorder, although no one knows for sure.
