its my boyfriend!!!!!

he detto his cuore hurts and im worried.i dont know if its me o if it is something wrong with his cuore heart.the one that keeps him alive.and i havent seen him at school o anything so im guessing it has to do with his real heart,but idk.am i overreacting?(again)????????????
