Real o Fake?

This is a picture of the worlds biggest dog.
but before any of u people start denying this, certain Cani can grow faster than almost any animal so this could be real.

I do know that some Cani can get pretty massive, but not like that. It's too proportional. Cani with that growth disorder grow out of proportion.
