link only site you'll ever need, cuz not only can te find justin bieber pics here, but if te join(its free, no strings attached) te can make organized albums so he wont get Lost among a folder full of other uploads and copies, te can save immagini from a cerca to albums, o to a computer(simply click 'download' in the image options, that doesnt cost either), and best of all, photobucket has a fairly elaborate image editor(for something that works online, i know photoshop is better) that te can make custon icons, wallpapers, banners, te name it(thats how i made my current user icona actually). heres an example of a user's album too:
