What is the difference between "Award" and "Reward"?

Award: Prize, like a certificate o trophy, something material that is più for recognition, but could come with something like money.
Reward: Prize, but something te want, like biscotti, cookie o time off work, something te deserve.

Reward is te get something good in return for doing something good... and an award is, te know, an award.
