Yes I have the item was delevered safly with no scratches o what ever and if te do live in a house then it should come to te door but if te live in an apartment then no it will mostlikly go to te post office for te to pick up.But I'm not sure if it will cost extra it may depend on your item.

I've bought from amazon before, but I'm not sure about the shipping regulations for shipping out of the country. But if I'm not mistaken (and you'll want to double check my information) they can ship anywhere in the world, at least they can ship some items anywhere in the world. It ships to your mailing address here in America, whether that be your house o a postal box. te pay with a credit card o through PayPal (which is basically still through a credit card). As far as the price, yes, shipping and handling will be more, but where it gives the item and the price, no. I don't think that price goes up. Just the shipping and handling price. Hope I helped. You'll most likely need an adult to help te set up your account, but after the intial set up it retains most of your information, so there's no need to re-enter it.
