When you're sad o upset you....?

I litterally just blast my Musica to forget about it for awhile. If that doesn't work, I hang out with Friends o ppl that make me laugh to cheer me up.
So basically (as simple as I'm going to put it) te should hang out with other ppl te care about o do something te Amore and clear your head a lil bit until it's time to forgive o confront the person you're upset/mad at.
I'm not very good with consigli so I hope this helped ^^

I just listen to music.

The song depends how upset I am.

I listen to Oingo Boingo o Danny Elfman's film scores. Pretty much the only thing that makes me feel better.

If the feelings are very strong, I write a story about it, but greatly exaggerated so my situation seems less severe.

if it's not too bad, i'll listen to a playlist i compiled of very special songs at max volume with my eyes closed. here are a few songs, but they might not work for te as they to do me.
