Talk to a school counselor and maybe a therapist, if it is a real problem they can put te on medication. Believe me, I know exactly what te are going though and I know how to get out of it.
Well, it really all depends on the person. Different, specific things make one happy and diverts one's attention from depression. However, one thing that everyone should learn is that emotions are only mental. They don't control your mind. te control your mind. So, te can choose to not be depressed, but it all depends on your mental state of mind. If te find it difficult to get rid of this depression, then perhaps Musica would best suit your need.

Musica is good for sadness, true, but you're a fool to think emotions can't control your mind.
Nope, I'm not. However, not many people know how to. It's a skill that must be developed. Obviously, te don't possess the skill either, but I'm not going to insult you, because that's just immature.
Emotions are più powerful than any drug. Enough anger can cause te to blackout, and wake up surrounded in dead bodies. Now, unless you've had a lobomaty, this applies to everyone, including you.
Okay, te may believe what te want to believe. I really don't care. But, you're not comprehending what I'm writing, are you? Ask any psychiatrist. They'll tell te that te can control your emotions. Now, just because te don't own this skill, doesn't mean te have to try and disprove the truth so others feel the way that te feel. Yes, emotions are difficult to triumph over, but that doesn't mean they can't be overcome.
