te cant "make" someone fall for you,but te can do siple steps to see if he would like te in the future.
first,you really need to be good friends.
take it slow.if te rush,things could go bad and then te cant get them back.
go places with him in a group.
TALK.find out about him.
after you've been Friends for a long time give little hints that te like him but dont push.
he might not have thought about loving te o anything but if te start giving hints he will think about things in a whole new light.he will get self concious and wonder about it più and more.always let him lead.he'll do whatever he feels cofortable with.
and most of all,be yourself! if te try to bend to be someone he likes it wont work.

1) te need to make friend with him because whats the point going out with someone who te arn't Friends with and te don't get on with and also he needs to like te too.

2) te need to do some flirting - i did some flirting to one boy then 5 boys came at me, but te need to be carefull about flirting because te can do things te dont need to be doinging at your age.

3) ask him out!!!!!!! dont just sit there and wait for him to ask te out because he could be waiting for te to ask him out then there will be no relationship between te to - then he might give up and ask another girl out - it could be your best friend. have some corrage!

4) if he says no the first time te ask him out, just give him some time to think about it and te never no - he might ask te out!
