Low self esteem?

I'm worried. I had depression for a anno and eventually came to terms with it. Anyway my friend is now who I am concerned about.

We had this leadership talk yesterday, because we're seniors successivo year. Anyway, the teacher was like to everyone "Everyone is interesting.." o something like that.

Anyway my best friend turns to me and goes "I'm not interesting, I'm boring." And I just went into shock. What should I do? I asked her later and she kept saying she was boring.

What can I do to help my best friend's low self esteem? Because I don't want her falling victim to depression like I did.

Well I've delt with similar things in the past. I tried as much as I could to help her. What I ended up having to do was get her guidance. She had guidance counciling for like the entire school year.

i'm feeling the same way..my Friends are forgetting me and i feel like its me.

i know it sounds crazy, but i read this is helps te overcome your sadness and helps with depression.just a bike ride.going on bike rides regularly helps.eating frutta drinking water and keeping healthy.and if you're a good friend, literally go out and encourage her to (in the middle of nowhere if it's embarrassing) to just shout out great things about yourself.if u dont wanna do that, just keep repeating,i am awesome o something like that.i wish i had a friend like te who cares,or who i trust enough to help me..
