Who has a più tragic story, the Punisher o Batman?

Frank Castle, aka the Punisher, is motivated to kill criminals da the death of his wife and children at the hands of the mob.

Bruce Wayne, aka Batman, is motivated to fight crime da the death of his parents at the hand of Joe Chill.

I personally think the Punisher's back story is più tragic because he was an adult and he probably feels like he failed as a father and husband because he couldn't protect his family. I feel bad for Bruce but he doesn't have that same responsibility that Frank would have. What do te guys think?
