Does anyone have any tips to help me stop crying?

Please don't be rude about this o tell me to go to the consigli spot o whatever because this is a serious domanda and I really hate this!!! For some reason I cannot stop crying over small things, o even nothing, like now. I feel like I could cry forever about absolutely nothing! There's nothing bad in my life currently, so I don't even know why...! And I'm all paranoid that everyone is mad at me and that I have done something wrong which makes me cry even harder! Could te please tell me how to calm down and stop crying? I'm begging you, it's like... indescribable, weird. And super annoying! If it's okay with you, could te help me?!

Breathe slowly in and out and count to ten. Chat with some people about what happened in the past because they could catch something that could be bothering te that te didn't really think about before. This is all I can think of and I'm really sorry, I havn't been in any of these situations. :(
