How do te take a picture o vdeo of yor desktop?

For a video, te need a screen recording software. There's tons out there, but I recommend camstudio.
For pictures, just press Ctrl+PrtSc and paste it into an image editing software and save it.

Press Prt Scr, it's on the superiore, in alto row of the keyboard successivo to Scroll Lock...and go into paint and click on paste... voila.
