ciao can anybody tell me what he's most probably pissed about?

ok so here's a write up (which I don't seem to understand)

girl: when was the last time te detto I Amore you?
boy: I didn't think I needed to because I always did and I thought te knew that. but if te didn't then I don't know??
girl: well i guess i know now
boy: now? that's it i'm pissed now.

what do te think the boy is pissed about?

sorry forgot to add that after that the girl apologized for saying she didn't know he loved her, but the guy was still pissed about something
