What does it mean to be in control...when te have no control?

Actually te do have control over your emotions. te can be two things in a difficult situation: an owner and a victim... If te are an owner te will think logically (for example can it be fixed? if so dont worry, can it not be fixed? then why be sad?)and does not let the emotions get him, like when te are being irritated da somebody it is to have the power not to get angry and control your emotions. That person is an owner and can control his emotions. A victim is the opposite. When te try to be an owner te actually take control of your self and your feeling and emotions
