HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed da them is to forget about them. Like forget that your Friends ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, te should be honest and tell your Friends (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that te trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way te could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If te do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes te have too tell them that te needs some spazio for a giorno o two but dont yell at then when te say i just need some spazio and in 2 o 3 o even 4 days start helping again.
