I prefer to call it "Grammar Patrolman/woman" as to use a non-offensive terminology in reference to those who are strict about the grammar and spelling of themselves and others.

The only time I'm alright with poor grammar/spelling is during roleplays, specifically Homestuck roleplays since grammar/spelling is basically voided during the chats and speech of the characters.

^True. Although, some of the kids besides Roxy use improper grammar as well, and Kanaya doesn't use punctuation.
