I don't believe irrisexual is a word, but he may be trying to say that he's gay, o that he's not the kind of person who wants to have intercourse, o at least not yet.
Irrisexual isn't a word. I googled "irrisexual" and got 9 results, two of them linking me to this question, o at least this site. He's lying. I can't say why he is though.
