How can i lucid dream?

For what te want? te need to realize te are dreaming mid-dream.

I have done lucid dreaming two ways. One think of something te wish to dream about before letto o while te are in bed. o realize te are in a dream while dreaming.

I normally use my imagination to figure out what happens successivo if da some chance I wake up from it o wish to have a lucid dream.

I heard somewhere if te play video games before te go to letto te can control your dreams. I'm not so sure if this works though. I think at some point te have to realize you're dreaming too, then te can fully control your dreams.
I've controlled my dreams before, and it's definitely good. Kept me from dying in some of my dreams. xD

I very rarely dream.... and last night I dreamt about Amnesia. The video game. It was scary but it wasn't a nightmare... if that makes sense.
Anyway. I dunno. o else my dreams would be a LOT different.

I can control my dreams most of the time. Video games can help, its mainly just learning to control your imagination while te sleep. It tries to trick te sometimes da making te think its real. te have to know youre in a dream.
