lol te mean normal books? xD

Ok some suggestions that are "fantasy/violence":

Harry Potter (obviously!), The Hunger Games, everything Michael Crichton (try just Jurassic Park?), angeli & Demons, Ender's Game, Golden Compass, Sherlock Holmes stories, all the Lee Child novels starting with Killing Floor, Eragon, Divergent, Lord of the Rings.

Graceling!! (Fire and Bitterblue are the sequels)

it's about Katsa. an 18 anno old who's working for king Randa (her uncle). there are 7 kingdoms.
she is a Graceling. a person with 2 different eye colori and a special ability. it can be anything from fighting to turn your head 360°. her grace is believed to be killing. Randa makes her do the most awful things to people who have opposed him in one way o another.

she is also a member of the Council. they protect and help people who aren't being treated right da their king. when she rescues an old man from king Murgon she has to hide him. the strange thing is that no one is looking for him. why would a king kidnap an old man with no power, keep it a secret (Katsa wasn't 100 % sure there would be anyone to save when she infiltrated the castle) and use him for nothing?
during the rescue operation she met another Lienid who was somewhat of a challenge for Katsa, which had never happened before.

the old man she rescued was the king of Lienid's father but Murgon didn't intend to use him for blackmailing. and why not just kidnap the king? and who was that Lienid?

that is, with my crappy explanation, how it begins. but it is all much bigger than it seems.

And at the centre of this court of intrigue and deception is Dorotea Caracciolo, a young noble woman abducted da Borgia who has become his lover- and his secret agent. And out of this maelstrom will emerge the"Mona Lisa" and"The Prince".

Divergent (hard to explain, but wicked good.)

Lord of the Rings (also another must-read.)

The Hobbit (prequel to LOTR.)

Shiver (about licantropi & romance, way better than Twilight.)

The Scorpio Races (wicked good book about carnivorous cavalli who live under the sea.)

What the Dickens (a book about a tooth fairy.)

Wicked (prequel to the Wizard of Oz, how Glinda and the Wicked Witch of the West once were friends.)

Chronicles of Narnia (the whole series is a must-read.)

The Princess Bride ("Is this a baciare book?" Best movie ever as well.)

Eragon (I myself haven't read the Eragon books, but everyone loves them.)

1984 (An older sci-fi book about a Big Brother.)

Graceling (someone else postato the summary here. Read it.)

Providence (about a college girl who falls in Amore with an angel. Fantastic, so read it.)

Jurassic Park (the libri are great, but so is the movie.)

Fahrenheit 451 (omigod it's amazing go get it from your biblioteca right now.)

All of these libri are great, take your time, really enjoy them. There aren't any libri like them!
