please HELP me.....

i just woke up this morning and i found some bugs in my bed!!!!!!!! (it's creepy i know)

this is how they looked

they are little, very very little that te can hardly see them, white color and they sposta slowly (i haven't seen them run o fly)
they are all over my letto :(


if te have any idea what could that be please tell me

mites... they accumulate in beds...(what they are referring to, but some people like me are allergic to them & they do bite even if they are too tiny to see-bt te could SEE these... so IDK)

I have heard letto bugs bite terrible and I have never seen, but I thought they were brown. Maybe some ragno hatched eggs! Eeewww... I'd call an exterminator, describe, and ask, maybe they would even come look and not charge (evaluation).
