How to grow hair out

Okay so my hair is a lil above my shoulders and im only 12 so NO pills , o weave or, extension . Natural ways plz i want it up to my "chest" 😉 I want it to be at least like 2-4 most 5 months at the most plz hurry up w/ the risposte answer my other domande 2 plz :)

1) Eat lots of protien, seeing as hair IS protien, this would help
2) Preferably to Musica so it is bearable, flip your head upside down for 4-6 minuti a daay
3) When te wash your hair, rinse it with cold o cold/warm water!
4) Brush your hair with 100 strokes a night before te go to bed.

Trust me! they work! I do these, and my hair is almost 2 feet, now, and hair naturall ygrows about 1.2 inches a month.
