I...get it......its about not careing and that your soo foucused on your self your touch with reality fades and while te sit there greedly eating away your troubels like nothing someone is suffering and te just watch them and dont help them and while they slowly get più and più problems te continue to watch beginging to regret not helping them and then while there laying in thehospital dieing te sit there wondering what went wrong untill they tell te "you had a choise to help me" MEANING HELP THOSE AROUND te WHO ARE SUFFERING DONT GET WOUND UP IN YOUR SELF THINK OF OTHERS
