practically anything to mentally o physically hurt yourself... such as cutting burning and many other things please please tell me te o anyone else is not planning on doing these things... its not the best solution for ANYTHING i know this from experience....
Anything physically self-destructive, whether it actually hurts te o not.
(As an aside, I still strongly believe that self-harm it of itself isn't necessarily all that bad though, and what makes it actually harmful is the mentality that may accompany the self-harm. So to me te seem okay.)
Cutting, hitting, scratching, burning...any time of pain that te inflict on yourself. Try and stay away from it. It's a horrible habit and can really avvolgere around your brain. Most people who start regret their decisions ten fold.
