What should I do? (PLEASE ANSWER)

I have this over whelming feeling I am not good enough a I will never be good enough no matter what an it seriously destroying me inside. What causes this? Well I believe I am very stupid no matter what people say an the fact my parents never seem impressed da me makes it worse. . I may have autism which causes me t be "slower" an that fact make me feel even worse like I cant live up to what I want to do in life. I also have major self image issues to the point I almost smashed a mirror. Should I tell my therapist this o just try an keep it inside until she asks me how I feel about myself?
