Are te being stalked?

I think I am, he's told me he loves me several times already, but each time I turn him down, he keeps saying he's fallen in Amore with me and it is really creeping me out.

He is doing this over the Internet, and I'm trying block him but he has several different accounts, and deletes them after messaging me.

Yeah, I agree. If no isn't answer enough for him, and he keeps bothering you, te can at least charge him for harrassment.
