What do I call this?

So, I need some help with something. I'm Scrivere something that's about four people, they all have mental disorders, and two of them are drug addicts.

They all live in a mental hospital, but they hallucinate and think that they're somewhere else.

If te need più info. please commento and I'll tell te more.

btw, I changed it a little. Now only one of the characters is actually real, but they all could hallucinate and have individal thoughts and emotions. That way te don't know which one is real.

I was thinking about calling it Rainbow, but that doesn't seem to fit. Also the characters names that I have so far are Jayden,Marijuana, and Chip. The last name would be great if te could help with that.
