I need help!!!!!! I need to lose weight soon fast!!

I am 14 years old 5'3 180 lbs and i wanna lose weight fast please help any plans anything i want to lose before i start high school! Please help me! :( I see myself in the mirror and and feel terrible please im asking something from the cuore please help me.:(

te know i cant eat twinkies because they are disgusting and i am not on the computer all the time it just makes it hard to lose weight when te have asthma attacks everyday.:(

Yeah and the only reason i gained weight is because i was laying in a hospital letto for two weeks on a breathing machine it will obviously make me gain weight just lying there.
