I mean I am regularly called Riku in therapy and internally and sometimes by my fiance so XD Riku has become my name in a sense

I used to feel like that. I started genuinely believing that Zeppie felt more like my name rather than my irl name. All I can say to this tbh is don't encourage this kind of thinking. Disconnecting from your real life to the point of adopting an online name can be a negative thing. Not saying my word is fact though. Just sharing my experience.
