I don't have any experience with hair extensions, but I would imagine that human hair extensions look more real, and I think that they last longer than the synthetic ones.

Anyways, real hair is prettier,smoother,easier to fix && maintain. && They last a lot longer. They are more expensive but IMO they are worth it.
