Shampoo does deliveries and the whole nine yards. Plus she's more experienced I think.

Ranma-chan had to put up with a lot while he, or she at the time, was working for Cologne to get that phoenix pill so I thought this vote should go to him. I can't imagine being stuck in a different body ( esp the opposite sex) and having to work like he did at the time seem really rough.
But I also think Shampoo is good at what she does and she does have the perfect smile to make her customers feel welcome.

Shampoo does it more than most the characters and she's good at deliveries too!

hmmm. This was a tough one, but I chose Shampoo. She does it the most often and she does deliveries too. That's not an easy job, but she does it about every day.

Cologne never forced Shampoo to do half the things she make Ranma do when he had to be a waitress, so I picked Ranma-chan. Plus several times Shampoo liked to push her half of the work off om Mousse to either chase Ranma, or because she just knew she could get away with it.

Shampoo-chan does the deliveries and she knows exactly what she's doing and does have more experience in the profession which helps as well!

Ranma hates it, so I think Shampoo might do it with a better smile and flattery, but when it comes to work ethic, there are times Shampoo pushes her work load off on Mousse just because she doesn't want to do it and knows he'll let her get away with it, or so she can chase after Ranma.
