Rosario Vampire Since I saw this on Ebay...

I was wondering, did anyone ever make an official english subbed version, as opposed to just fansubs? I saw on ebay, a few DVDs purporting to have english subs and be "official"
for example, this one.

I couldn't really figure out what was going on there, because something seemed off about it to me.
can anyone help to fill me in?

impossible cause funimation isnt releasing dvds til next year however it might be official cause japaneise or forced to learn english as well

they just bought the rights to it, to dub it.
