I feel the "snopy rich girl" Rose wasn't something she enjoyed being-- just what her mother trained ehr to be, much like a pet dog.
You can tell it isn't natural for Rose to act like that- how uncomfortable she looks is painfully obvious.
Rose is so much more happy being feisty and fiery and what Jack allowed her to be, without questioning or critising her like her first class counterparts.

She was more free and happy

I think Rose enjoyed being the free spirit girl with Jack a lot more than she enjoyed being the snopy rich girl with Cal because people in the society where she grew up expected her to be that and be with him. The girl she was with Jack is I think more her and the one she liked a whole lot more.
