1 2 & 3 because they are standard numbers: Jackie picked those ones

4 are how many planets that really matter in the solar system

8 for how many parking tickets
and

36 for how many times they had to salt the Cibo in the hospital. lol

dan was in the hospital and she pick three and jackie pick some one was the number of salt she poured

1, 2, 3 - Jackie got to choose three numbers, and believed that these were just the standard ones to choose. Roseanne made fun of her over it.

4 - The number of planets that Roseanne says are in the solar system.

8 - The number of parking tickets that Roseanne got for parking in the ambulanza zone.

36 - The number of times Roseanne salted the hospital cafeteria food.
