I'm not sure! On one side I would guess that she would give it back to him; on the other I would think that he wouldn't be rude enough to ask for it back! I think this one would be on Quinn to decide. If she remembered, considering she moved on crazy fast to Finn, she would probably give it back, but maybe she forgot o never wanted to mention it!
