Severus Piton Domanda

Who is the "biggest fan" ?

Lets suppose:

fan 1: She has read all Harry Potter's libri 3 times.

fan 2: Before she could bought the book The Deathly Hollows, accidently read some spoilers that talked about Snape's death and all his history. She bought the book but never had the courage to read it because of Snape's death, even though she had read all the libri before.

Hard to say, but I guess if te are a fan, te have to read the last book no matter how painful that is. I am a mix of both, read all the libri più than three times actually, and before DH came out I read all the spoilers I could get.

fan 3! Big Fan!

*Okay serious answer. I am going to go with fan #2. I do not think Leggere the book più times makes te a bigger fan. It's how te relate to the characters in the story and how te interpret the story. fan #2 obviously relates to Snape rather well and does not wish to interpret the impending story.

It's kind of a mix. Just because they read the libri three times doesn't mean they are the biggest Severus fan. Most fan I know (of Severus o anyone else) read it più than three times. . .

Like lilith84 said: a true fan would read DH anyway.

I'm sorta-kinda #2. It goes in this order:

1. I've seen all 6 Film first.

2. Then I read the spoilers about Snape, his death, and his Amore for Lily -

3. then I read the libri 1-6, and

4. is afraid to read book 7, because...well, te know.

No, to be the biggest fan te would have had to have read Severus' death scene, because if te were the biggest, most devoted fan, you'd want to suffer through that as a sacrifice to his pain.

I meant I did read the death part. For the first time, after I read that,I felt sympathy and sadness for Snape.I used to really hate him.But after that,I saw him as a different man

Ok, I read the parts in the book that mention Snape. I watch the scenes in the movie that have him and skip around to find him. Even ifhe's just hanging around in the background. I'm obsessed with drawing him. I don't think Lily deserved him. I try to pretend he didn't die.

Been Obsessed with Snape since 2000, yeah, I know I tend to bring it up, 10 yrs!!! WOW!!
Anywho... read all the libri cept the last one several times. Have all the voice files, play them on my MP3. Have all the movies. If I can I make my own posters, cause Franchise aint doing it for me, incl pillows/Huggers. Am I the greatest Fan?? I doubt it, but I think I am one of many Hard Core fans, who've stuck da him from early on, and the passion, love, dedication, devotion, loyalty.. still strong. :D

Me too, I have voice files on my MP3, not only from HP but also one from Sense and Sensibility and another one where Alan Rickman reads Sonnet 130 from Shakespeare. I'm crazy for his voice.

I don't relate to either fan 1 o 2.
But my HP fanfic is focused on Severus.
If te read my posts here, you'll notice that I refer to him da his first name, not his surname, as if he were very close to me - well, he is.
I read one giorno on a fan website that, from what he could let mostra of himself, he had a INTJ profilo (from the famous MBTI test). It happens that I have the same profilo than him ! Great !
I haven't been a fan for a long time, but as they say, value is not made up da the number of years, but da the depth of feeling and how I relate to him.

And yes, I must reckon that Alan Rickman did a lot to make Severus even più lovable... (not just the voice, but a lot, yes).

I don't say I'm the biggest fan, but for sure, I'm a very devoted one. Like many folks here.

modifica : I inherited a locket from my mother. te know these medallions which can open so that te may put an image inside. Guess which image I have in ? One is the Slytherin crest. The other is a pic of Severus, my fav actually, the one featured here below.
I also have Severus as a wallpaper on my computer desktop.

I remember it took me actually several yrs until I was comfortable enough to address Severus da his 1st name. I've always had felt to forawrad. Now anymore I prefer to say his name because I do feel that close to him, and referring to Severus da Snape only.. lol anymore that makes me cringe, because of the closeness. Makes sense!?!?! And I know what ya mean about the deep deep feeling and very devoted. :)

Right from the start I could not call him but da his first name - maybe an habit from fanfic Scrivere ? I use either Prof. Snape o 'Snape' only in fanfic when a character talks about him. Not me.

Oh, believe me, to be the bigger fan, te HAD to have read the books, ALL of them, including the Deathly Hallows featuring beloved Severus' death scene.. Because a true Severus fan, would suffer through it for him <3 (I'd catch a grenade for ya/throw my hand on a blade for ya/ I'd jump in front of the snake for ya...). This is coming from a member of the I Trust Snape club from giorno 1. I've been IN Amore with this character for 10 years...

Totally agree. A true Severus fan would feel utmost compassion for him. For that, one needs to read his story all the way through.

Don't believe one fan is bigger than another. We all express our Amore for Severus in our own individual and often obsessive ways.At the same time we all seem to collect pictures on the computer, keep rereading the libri and watching the movies. We all collect "Sev bits and pieces" -figures,dolls, cushions, jewellry.Lol, da now he's become a way of life.My bedroom's overflowing with Sev posters and collectabilia. My husband has to sleep in the spare room!
