What's the most embarrassing thing that has happened to te sexually?

I know this is a mainstay of women's magazines, but I think it's fun. I've had so many moments. Most recently: I decided to take the "initiative" one night. While my husband was in the shower, I waited in my birthday suit in our bedroom. Finally he came in. Startled to see me, he screamed. Yes, screamed. That did wonders for my confidence. Needless to say, nothing happened that night.
